Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling so your appointment can be offered to another guest. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, while same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen and will consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show. Please be respectful of scheduling times, as late arrivals can affect the rest of the day’s appointments.
