Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that things come up and appointments sometimes need to be canceled or rescheduled.
For all major color services, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 60% cancellation fee.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show. Please be respectful of scheduling times, as late arrivals can affect the rest of the day’s appointments.
